The dashboard has 5 sections:
My monthly progress - updates about every hour.
My overview - data from all times, since you joined Motion Array
Last Month - data that is generated once a month, for the past month, and a breakdown for each month of past years
Marketplace trends - all the newest trends!
Stay up to date - messages from the Motion Array team

1. My progress this month:
Under this section, you can see data that is being updated on a regular basis:
Estimated earnings are a rough display of your revenue based on the number of downloads, the royalty level you’ve reached in each category, and the category's worth. Please note that this is only an estimation - an accurate number will be provided on the monthly statement.
Your earnings estimate may fluctuate slightly throughout the month due to boosters and variations in user downloads. These increases and decreases are normal and expected. Toward the end of the month, the estimate should stabilize and provide a more accurate picture of your expected payment.
The traffic of your assets on the site - the last time a user downloaded one of your assets.
Progress on the level bar - the number of downloads you currently have in each category you have assets in, and the royalty level you’re currently at. You can also hover around and see how many downloads are needed for each level in that category.
The diamond symbol marks where you currently stand in the levels, and hovering on one of the dots shows the level and its information.
We’re only displaying validated downloads that are eligible for royalties, filtering out non-relevant downloads such as repeated downloads, etc.

2. Overview
Under this section, you will see an overview of your data since joining Motion Array. The stats will change once a month, based on the previous month’s data.
Please note that the Total Earnings show the number before withholding taxes, if applicable. Accurate numbers can be seen on your monthly statements.
3. Last Month
Here you will be able to see stats on the previous months -
This includes the estimated earnings until we finish our backend calculation, which will then change to ‘Total earnings’. Kindly notice that the accurate numbers are presented under your statements.
If you’ve won a reward (through the Requests rewards, Competitions or Artist Grant) or one of your assets was in the Top 20 of its category, you will see these small icons in your last month’s earnings section:

You can also see the number of downloads you had in that month and the number of new assets that went live.

You’ll also be able to see a split of downloads in the categories you sell, as well as the split of downloads in the whole marketplace. This can give you a better understanding of our users’ behavior and what’s going on in the marketplace. We recommend that you track these numbers to understand how your categories are performing.

Top Downloads - you can check out your monthly stats and see your top assets. You’re also able to view the most profitable assets you’ve had (mainly relevant to Artists that are approved for more than one category) and assets that were trending that month. Keep in mind that if you only have assets from one category, the profitable & top downloads lists will be the same. The difference will occur if you sell more than one asset type in more than one category, which means the value per download is not the same between the categories and between each month. The ‘Most Profitable Assets’ might show assets that were downloaded by an enterprise user, and will bring your assets’ worth up.
Want to track your total downloads? You can download a csv full of your assets data.
Go to ‘My Submissions’ and click on ‘Export CSV’.

4. Marketplace insights
Every week, we’ll share the top-searched keywords of the week. These are top keywords for the whole marketplace, and though they may not be relevant to all categories, we find that, for example, users who download Templates in a certain topic will often then search for music that fits the visual elements they have downloaded. Therefore, we strongly advise you to take a look at what is being searched for most by our users. Of course, this does not mean that other topics are not trending or relevant; these are just suggestions, and we always encourage you to strive to add diverse content that matches different searches and different users’ needs.
You can also track the number of active requests - this is a great way to learn what is trending or what is missing in our catalog.
Learn more about users’ requests here.

5. Stay-up-to-date
The last section is our way of notifying you of small changes, requests, or announcements. Here you’ll find notes and updates that we want to inform you about quickly. We also send out a newsletter every month with more in-depth content. Sign up for our Monthly Artists’ newsletter here.
