Motion Array’s artist community is made up of carefully selected, creative professionals. We look for artists who are consistent in both quality and style and who can continue to upload only their best work to our marketplace.

Think you’re a good fit? Here’s how to get started:

1. Register Through the become an artist page

When you click the link, you’ll be instructed on how to set up your artist account. Once you complete the initial registration, you’ll be automatically redirected to our official application form.

Begin by filling in your full legal name and accurate details, including your country of residence. Please ensure you use an active address that you have access to. You’ll receive an email to verify your address before you can continue and complete your registration form.

Important Note: After verifying your email, if you’re redirected to the Motion Array homepage instead of the application form, simply scroll down and click the “Become an Artist” button again. This will take you to the correct form.

You’ll also have the option to upload tax and ID documents. This step isn’t mandatory at this stage, but we highly recommend submitting them early - it helps speed up the onboarding process if you’re accepted. If we choose not to move forward with your application, your personal data will be deleted. If you’d prefer to provide this information only after you’re officially accepted, that’s perfectly fine too.

If you do choose to submit your documents at this stage, here's what you'll need to prepare in advance:

• A photo of an official ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.)

• A selfie holding that same ID

• Proof of tax residency, such as:

  • A recent notice from tax authorities

  • A utility bill (electricity, gas, or water)

  • A municipality bill or bank statement showing your full name and address (preferably in English)

2. Prepare your portfolio

Show us only your best work! This helps us quickly assess your skill level and make a decision. Include links to other marketplaces where you sell, as well as your social media accounts and personal website.

Note: Please don’t share Google Drive or Dropbox folders - only public and accessible portfolio links.

3. Upload Example Submissions

In addition to the application form, you’ll need to upload 3–5 assets to your Motion Array profile that reflect the type of work you want to sell on our platform.

To do this, go to the “My Submissions” tab in your account, click “Submit a Product", and complete the required fields for the relevant category.

Please make sure your submissions follow our "Upload Rules".

Once both your form and submissions are complete, our curation team will review your application. You’ll hear back from us via email, typically within 14 business days.

Onboarding

Congrats! If your application is successful, you’ll receive an acceptance email within 21 days of applying. But there’s one more step!

1. Submit Legal Documents

At this stage, if you haven’t yet, we’ll ask you to officially submit your tax documents and ID for verification.

2. Fix Any Submissions (If Needed)

If any of your initial uploads need edits, you’ll receive a “Needs Work” email from our team. Just follow the instructions and re-upload the corrected files.

Important: If you don’t fix the assets as requested, we won’t be able to fully onboard you as an artist.
