What do you need to know to get started?
Create modern and trendy Motion Graphics assets with an epic preview to showcase your submission
You can create a pack of at least 4 assets or a singular submission (according to our upload rules )
All content must be on a transparent alpha channel
Assets must work as-is, without software manipulation (Opacity, Blending, etc..)
All content must be new submissions and not existing assets in your portfolio
** All Motion Graphics submitted & approved will be tagged under the ‘creativefest2025’ tag.

You can take inspiration from the trends listed below or submit in your own style. Either way, we encourage you to push your creativity to the limit! Create bold, innovative assets that highlight your unique skills. Try experimenting with new asset types, exploring fresh ideas, and challenging yourself to go beyond your comfort zone. The goal is to captivate our users with a design that’s original, exciting, and truly unforgettable.

The Referred Artist must submit their application during the term of the Contest, be accepted as a Motion Array Artist, and publish at least five Motion Graphics assets in the Motion Array catalog until December 1st, 2025.
Complete these steps, and you’ll be in the running for the Friend Bonus Prize.

Terms of Use
General
1. Welcome to Motion Graphics Creative Fest 2025 contest (hereinafter: the "Contest”) organized by Motion Array by Artlist Ltd (hereinafter: "Organizer"). In this Contest, you can create a modern and trendy Motion Graphics assets with an epic preview to showcase your submission (hereinafter: the "Motion Asset" and the “Preview” respectively) and have the chance to win the following awards:
1.1. Grand Prize: $1000 + One-year subscription to Motion Array + Feature in Organizer’s marketing channels.
1.2. Second Place: $800 + Feature in Organizer’s marketing channels.
1.3. Third & Forth Places: $500 + Feature in Organizer’s marketing channels.
(hereinafter: the "Awards").
2. Participation in the Contest is subject to these terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Contest Terms"). The Contest Terms constitute a legally binding agreement for all intents and purposes between the participant (hereinafter: "You or “Participant") and the Organizer. Participants are also subject to the Artist Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Requirements for participation
3. In order to participate in the Contest, you will be required to perform the following:
3.1. Create modern and trendy Motion Asset with a Preview. Please note that you can create a pack of at least 4 Motion Asset or a singular submission (according to our upload rules.
3.2. All Motion Asset must be on a transparent alpha channel.
3.3. Motion Asset must work as-is,
without software manipulation (Opacity, Blending, etc..).
3.4. All Motion Asset must
be new submissions and not existing assets in your portfolio.
3.5. Submit your Motion Asset to Motion Array and
tag ‘creativefest2025’. Any Motion Asset submitted without this tag will
not be eligible for the Contest.
3.6. All Motion Assets submitted & approved will be tagged under the ‘creativefest2025’ tag.
Eligibility
4. The Contest is open to all Motion Array’s Motion Graphics and Templates artists who have an active Motion Array account on Motion Array and agree to the Motion Array Artist Terms of Service.
5. You approve that there is no legal prohibition on your participation.
6. Employees of the Organizer and their close family members are not eligible to participate.
Winner Selection
7. The Winners will be selected by a panel of judges (“Judges”) composed of the Organizer’s employees (as appointed by the Organizer at its sole discretion). The Judges will review the submitted Motion Assets and select four (4) candidates as Winners ranked from first place through fourth place (the “Winners”).
8. The selection of the Winners will be made at the Judges' sole discretion. The criteria for selecting the winning Motion Asset will include creativity, originality, technical proficiency, uniqueness, overall quality of the Motion Asset and Previews and any other relevant criterion the Judges deem appropriate at their sole discretion. The judges' decisions will be final in all situations, and you will not have any claims or demands regarding them.
9. The Organizer will notify the Winners of their selection by sending an email to the address provided in their Motion Array account
10. It's your responsibility to track the Contest results. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to receive notices due to providing an incorrect, invalid or otherwise non-functioning email address. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, declines the Award, or fails to claim the Award, they will forfeit their right to the Awards. The Organizer may then select a replacement Winners from the remaining eligible participants.
The Award
11. As an Award, the Winners will be awarded according to the Winners’ respective rank as detailed above.
12. Organizer shall not be held liable for any malfunction, defect, or failure of the Award, whether in part or in whole, that may occur after it has been awarded to the Winners. The Award is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied, regarding its functionality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Winners assumes full responsibility for any issues or damages related to the use or operation of the Awards. The Organizer makes no representations or guarantees regarding the performance or quality of the Awards and disclaims any liability arising from its use or non-use.
13. The Winners are responsible for all taxes related to the Awards, whether directly or indirectly. This includes any federal, state and local taxes, fees and assessments from any governmental authority. The Winners understands that they are solely responsible for these taxes on any Award received through participation in the Contest or winning the Awards. The Winners may also be required to sign a Release and/or a Award acceptance form, at the Organizer's sole discretion, to receive the Award.
Timetable
14. The Contest will be held as follows:
14.1. Participant may submit entries until the submission deadline of November 15, 2025, at 18:00 UTC. No entries will be accepted after this date. All submissions must comply with the representations, warranties, and obligations set forth in these Terms and the Artist Terms and Conditions.
14.2. The Winners will be announced on December 1st, 2025 and may be featured on Motion Array’s website, newsletter, and social media platforms at Organizer’s sole discretion.
14.3. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change any of the dates specified above.
15. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, transmission failures, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Intellectual Property Rights
16. You agree that the Organizer will be entitled to use your name and/or image and/or photos and/or likeness for the presentation and promotion of the Contest, the Award, the announcement of the Winners, if and to the extent the Organizer may desire, at its exclusive discretion. Your full name and contact information may also be disclosed to comply with law enforcement, court orders, or legal process.
17. Motion Assets that will meet Motion Array content quality standards will be included in the Motion Array catalog and will be subject to all the terms, undertakings, obligations, and royalties model as detailed in the Artist Terms and Conditions.
Friend Referral Award
18. You may also qualify for a Friend Referral Award of $400 and a feature in our marketing channels (the “Friend Referral Award”) as follows:
18.1. To be eligible, you must invite a fellow motion designer (the “Referred Artist”) to apply as a Motion Array artist pursuant to the Artist Terms and Conditions.
18.2. The Referred Artist must indicate your name as their referrer in their application to Motion Array.
18.3. The Referred Artist must submit their application during the term of the Contest, be accepted as a Motion Array artist, and publish at least five (5) motion graphics assets in the Motion Array catalog until December 1st, 2025.
18.4. Upon successful completion of the above steps, the Organizer will review the five (5) submitted motion graphics assets, together with the Referred’s portfolio, and select one (1) Referred Artist based on overall quality, creativity, originality, and technical proficiency.
18.5. The Friend Referral Award will be allocated to the Participant who referred the selected Referred Artist.
18.6. The Organizer will determine the selection criteria, as well as the nature, number, and allocation of the Friend Referral Award, at its sole discretion.
Miscellaneous
19. You understand and agree that you will receive no compensation in connection with your participation in the Contest, and your name and likeness.
20. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest and/or the Awards or any of the arrangements, schedules or other items directly or indirectly related to the Contest and/or Awards, at any time and for any reason if deemed necessary in its opinion.
21. You agree that the Organizer can send you email messages referring to the Organizer's services and other various subjects. If you do not want to receive the Organizer's promotional or marketing emails, you can withdraw your consent at any time following the Organizer's Privacy Policy instructions.
22. The laws of the State of Israel will exclusively apply to these Terms and the competent Court in Tel-Aviv-Yaffo only, and no other Court anywhere else will hold unique and exclusive jurisdiction to hear any matter resulting from these Terms or involved in same (including any issue relating to the Consent and/or the Awards and/or to the Motion Asset), whether directly or indirectly.
23. Any notice sent by email to the email provided by you will be considered to have reached its destination and read within 24 hours from its dispatch and will be considered as lawful service for any purpose and intent.
